“The team at Salomone & Morelli was absolutely fantastic. My case was a complicated one to me, living in Alabama, with the crash happening in Connecticut while driving a New Jersey-registered car. I had no clue what to even expect because I know New Jersey and I know Alabama, but I barely know Connecticut, and the team over here made it a breeze to deal with. Everything was able to be handled via fax, email, or phone, which made it easy to deal with being so far away. Being hit by a drunk driver was very scary, but Katelyn Kapa was there every step of the way from the beginning. Not only did she work with my compensation, but she also worked with my PIP insurance to make sure Travelers insurance paid my bills. I had so much stress trying to figure out what doctor is owed what and what hospital is owed, and just the relief I felt when they broke down everything that PIP was covering. I didn’t have to worry about faxing bills or calling places to see what’s owed; that was all handled in the back end. I didn’t even know if PIP knew all of the bills, but Katelyn and the team were able to get everything in order for Travelers insurance. The last thing I should have to stress about after a drunk driver hits me is bills, and they made sure I didn’t have to. They really look at everything they can.
